Liquor and Co Liquor & Co is a cocktail bar and drinking den on Watergate Row South — on the Rows, above street level, a short walk from The Cross. Ten years in, it is one of the more established stops on Chester's evening circuit: good cocktails, a proper interior, and a reasonably well-known secret bar through the back. Draws a mixed crowd across the week and runs late at weekends.
