The Details: Inspired by the flavours of the Middle East and the Marais district of Paris, Maray is a phenomenal spot for small plates and sharing dishes. It is famous for its vibrant, confident cooking and brilliant cocktail menu. They are incredibly accommodating for vegetarian and vegan diets, but regardless of your dietary preferences, you absolutely must order their signature "Disco Cauliflower"—a legendary roasted dish smothered in chermoula, harissa, tahini, and pomegranate that has gained a massive cult following.
